Refunds & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. All returns and refunds are subject to the terms below to ensure fair and efficient operations.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
The item must not be in a non-returnable category (see below).
We reserve the right to inspect returned items. If an item is used, damaged due to customer handling, or not in resaleable condition, we may deny the return or issue only partial credit.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (except for proven manufacturing defects):
Sale/final sale items
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
Hygiene-related items (e.g., watches, swimwear, cosmetics, piercings) once opened
Gift cards or digital products
Perishable goods
Return Process
Email us at orders@tex-tec.com within the 14-day window. Include your order number in the subject line of the email, along with your reason for return and photos if the request is due to defect or damage.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
Ship the item back to the address we provide using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during transit, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund or exchange if approved.
Refund Options & Processing
Approved returns for change-of-mind: Refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee of [e.g., €10 or 15% of order value] and original shipping costs (if free shipping was applied).
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Full refund (including original shipping) or replacement at no extra cost - we will cover return shipping in these cases upon verification (provide photos/documentation).
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval and receipt of the return. Additional time may be needed for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered in some cases.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order (subject to stock availability). You are responsible for return shipping unless due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at orders@tex-tec.com (with order number in subject line) if an item arrives damaged or defective. Include photos and details. We will arrange a resolution (replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping) at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Pre-shipment cancellation requests may be considered in limited cases - contact us immediately, but approval is not guaranteed.
